3.1 Plant Descriptions

Our Bulb Gardens, Clivia Plants, and seasonal offerings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

4. Ordering & Payment

4.1 Order Process

Orders for our Astilbe, Brunnera, and other plants are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation via email.

4.2 Payment Methods

Payment is processed at time of order. For security, we do not store payment information.

4.3 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to market conditions, with notice for existing orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping Options

We ship globally (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas) via:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after shipment)

5.2 Delivery Responsibilities

Once plants like our Cape Primrose or Asclepias are shipped:

• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
• Prompt unpacking and care of live plants upon arrival is essential
• We cannot guarantee delivery times due to customs or carrier delays

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, excluding:

• Planted Bulb Gardens
• Cape Primrose specimens (due to delicate nature)
• Clivia Plants (phytosanitary restrictions)

6.2 Return Process

To return items from our Dahlia Collections or Customer-Favorites:

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days
2. Include order number and reason for return
3. Wait for approval (within 2 business days)
4. Ship items to our Fort Worth nursery in original packaging

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after return inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Ball-Form Dahlias or other plants arrive damaged:

• Email photos to [email protected] immediately
• We’ll arrange expedited replacements at no cost
• May require return of original items

8. Liability Limitations

While we nurture every Asclepias and Cyclamen with care, Verdelyn Sales is not liable for:

• Plant performance after delivery due to environmental factors
• Carrier delays or customs issues
• Incorrect care after plants leave our nursery
• Consequential damages beyond the product value
