Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after shipment) – $12.95
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS (15-25 days after shipment) for orders over $50

We ship globally (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas) using specialized plant shipping methods to ensure your Astilbe, Coreopsis, and other live plants arrive healthy and vibrant.

Our Return Policy

While we hope every plant from our Classic Preplanned Gardens or Customer-Favorite Dahlias exceeds your expectations, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items.

Return Process

  2. Wait for Approval – Our plant specialists review requests within 2 business days
  3. Package Carefully – Use all original packaging materials

Non-Returnable Items

To protect plant health, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Bulb Gardens (once planted)
  • Cape Primrose specimens (due to delicate nature)
  • Clivia Plants (specialty items with strict phytosanitary requirements)

Refund Information

  • Refunds issued to original payment method within 7-10 business days after return inspection
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable (unless due to our error)
  • Exchanges shipped via original shipping method after return processing

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Bestsellers or Ball-Form Dahlias arrive damaged, email photos to [email protected] immediately. We’ll arrange expedited replacements at no cost.
