At Verdelyn Sales, we take as much care in handling your returns as we do in cultivating our 5-Star Foliage Houseplants and Dahlia Collections. While we hope every plant arrives in perfect condition and meets your expectations, we understand that sometimes adjustments are needed.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. Please note:

  • Plants must be in their original, resalable condition
  • All original packaging materials must be included
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

To protect plant health and quality, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Bulb Gardens (once planted)
  • Cape Primrose specimens (due to their delicate nature)
  • Clivia Plants (specialty items with strict phytosanitary requirements)
  • Any plant that shows signs of improper care after delivery

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – Our plant specialists will review your request within 2 business days
  3. Package Carefully – Once approved, repack the plant using original materials
  4. Ship Back – Send to our Fort Worth nursery at:

  5. Receive Credit – We’ll process your refund or ship replacements once we receive the return

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item via your original shipping method once the return is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your bestselling plants arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for expedited replacement at no additional cost.
