We provide two thoughtful shipping options:
  • Express Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): 10-15 day delivery via DHL/FedEx with climate control (recommended for delicate plants)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 15-25 day delivery via EMS for orders over $50 (ideal for hardy perennials)
All orders take 1-2 days for processing before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally except to some Asian and remote regions. We handle all phytosanitary certifications and customs documentation – you just need to prepare the perfect spot for your new plants!
How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive shipping confirmation with tracking details the moment your order leaves our facility. We monitor each shipment to ensure your botanical treasures arrive safely.
What if extreme weather could affect my plants during shipping?

We offer a 15-day return policy from delivery date. If any plant doesn’t arrive in healthy condition, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll gladly replace it or issue a store credit.
